The service
StoryKeep provides tools that show and save public Instagram content on request; files are fetched from Instagram when you ask and are not stored by us. The free tier allows 10 lookups per day per user. A Pro pass removes that limit for 30 days from purchase, subject to a fair-use limit of 70 lookups per day per pass; it is for one person's own use and may not be shared or resold.
Acceptable use
Only submit links to content you have the right to process. Do not use the service to harass anyone, to collect personal data at scale, to circumvent access controls, or to break any law or the terms of the platform the content comes from. We may block abusive usage without notice.
Accuracy
Transcripts and other generated outputs are produced automatically and can contain mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service while your Pro pass is active, we refund the unused part.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in USD and charged by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Our refund policy is part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StoryKeep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
