StoryKeep (“we”) runs the website storykeep.app. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we process

When you use the tool we receive the username or link you enter and the public content behind it, which we fetch through a data-processing provider to produce your result. We keep an anonymised, hashed version of your IP address for up to 24 hours to enforce the daily free limit. We do not ask you to create an account.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They receive your payment details directly; we never see your card number. We receive the payment status, the amount and a payment reference so we can activate your Pro pass. Dodo Payments' own privacy policy applies to that data.

Cookies

We set one functional cookie when you buy a Pro pass, so the site knows the pass is active. It contains no personal data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Email

If you give us your email address (for example to contact us or join a waiting list) we use it only for that purpose and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Third parties

We use Cloudflare to serve the site and may use data-processing APIs to read public content you link to. Results are not stored after they are shown to you, except in short-lived caches used to serve repeated requests.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it by writing to hello@storykeep.app. We answer within 14 days.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
